I think your mom is having a tough time with accepting that she has a baby, so she drinks her problems away. You should inform a relative or any adult right away, although I'm pretty sure you already have. Try finding the location in which she keeps or hides her drugs and throw them all away or give them to an aunt or uncle that lives in a different household.
